Instructions:

3. Click the "Update Totals" button.

a. Enter your credit card billing information.
b. Click the "Review Order and Continue" button.
5. If you have a PayPalTM account:
a. Enter your e-mail address and password.
b. Click the "Log In" button.
6. Follow the payment instructions.
